How do I book an appointment with Dr. Zubair?+
Simply tap the "Book Appointment" button on any page — it opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled. You can also call the clinic directly during consultation hours.
What is the fee for an online consultation?+
The online video/chat consultation fee is ₹300. Clinic visits are ₹500. Follow-up within 7 days for the same illness is complimentary.
How long is each consultation?+
Each consultation slot is 15 minutes, allowing focused, personalised attention. One patient is scheduled per slot.
Can I consult in Hindi or Urdu?+
Yes, consultations are available in Hindi, English and Urdu — whichever you are most comfortable with.
Treatment & Safety
Is Unani medicine safe alongside my existing allopathic treatment?+
Dr. Zubair reviews your current medication and reports before recommending any Unani formulation, and will never advise stopping a prescribed allopathic medicine without your treating physician's guidance.
How soon can I expect results?+
This varies by condition — functional digestive issues often improve within 3–4 weeks, while chronic joint or metabolic conditions are managed in structured phases over several months.
Do you treat emergency conditions?+
No. This platform is for non-emergency consultations only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please visit your nearest emergency department immediately.
Clinic & Facilities
Is Hijama (cupping) available at the clinic?+
Yes, Hijama and other regimenal therapies are performed in person at the Mother Child Healthcare Clinic & Hijamah Centre under hygienic, supervised conditions.
What are the clinic timings?+
In-clinic consultations are available Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Online consultations are available Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
