This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to online consultation fees paid in advance through this website via Razorpay.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp. Appointments cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule, at your preference.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, or a failure to join/attend the consultation without prior notice, may not be eligible for a refund, at the clinic’s discretion.
If Dr. Zubair is unable to conduct a scheduled consultation for any reason, you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund of the amount paid.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
